Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Youth Cultural Exchange Programme
Since 2009, the Department of Culture and Tourism of Guangdong Province, the Education and Youth Development Bureau of the Macao Special Administrative Region and the Home and Youth Affairs Bureau of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region jointly organised the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Youth Cultural Exchange Programme. Over a thousand of young people have participated in the Programme.
The Programme increases participants' understanding of the young people and the cultures of the three places through exchanges, visits, seminars and other activities in Hong Kong, Macao and the Mainland.
Youth Link members who are full-time students of tertiary institutions and aged between 18 and 35 are welcomed to join the Programme. In particular, priority would be given to students who are studying subjects relevant to arts or culture. Participation is free of charge.
